		<description>You can do it in the another way..like make the selection of face then ctrl+shift+c , then make a new layer using ctrl+shift+n, and then ctrl+shift+v...so dat ur cutting area will place above the original face.</description>

		<description>I am a beginner, I keep getting stuck at the same point. 
I open the document. 
In the layers palette it says background, I double click on that and it says Layer 0, which I rename &#039;background&#039;
then i select the face with the pen tool, save the path and right click &#039;make the selection&#039;

I copy and invert...
then make a layer mask and the cut out of the face disappears off the body.
I make a new layer, but when I try and paste nothing happens except 3 little anchor points appear but no face!!
What am I doing wrong???</description>
